Mentorship for Acceleration (M4ACE) is a non-profit edTech initiative registered under CAC as Mentorship for Acceleration and Career Empowerment Initiative, dedicated to helping young people learn tech skills and gain the mentorship that serves as a launchpad to transition into coding and non-coding tech career paths.

As a non-profit edTech organization, we are committed to bridging the digital skills gap and creating opportunities for individuals who lack access to quality tech education.

All our programs, training, and mentorship services are provided completely free of charge as part of our mission to democratize access to technology education and empower the next generation of tech professionals.

Our Mission

Our core goal is to help young people learn tech skills and gain mentorship that serves as a launchpad to transition into coding and non-coding tech career paths. Many people have bought courses from eduTech platforms like Domestika, Coursera, and Udemy, but the one thing they lack to make a breakthrough in their careers is mentorship—and this is what we provide.

Our program is designed to provide mentees with:

We provide comprehensive, industry-standard training in 11+ tech tracks including Frontend/Backend Development, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Product Design, and more—all at no cost to mentees.

One-on-One Mentorship

Every mentee is paired with experienced tech professionals who provide personalized guidance, career advice, and support throughout their learning journey.

Career Support & Resources

We equip mentees with resume building, portfolio development, interview preparation, and job placement support to help them launch successful careers.
